Hannah McGraw, RD
I am a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping others better understand the world of food and nutrition. I help empower individuals to make food decisions that meet their specific needs. In my practice, I aim to determine a nutrition plan that is unique and specific to the individual. We may be working on general healthy eating principles, disease prevention, chronic disease management, weight management strategies, etc. Whatever the case might be, know that I will listen to your concerns and help you navigate the nutrition related challenges you are facing.
When I am not working, I enjoy cooking/baking, walking my dog, gardening (still new at this), tending to my house plants, and spending time with the people I love the most!
Two Fun facts about me:
1) I almost never follow a recipe exactly - I am always adjusting seasonings, omitting ingredients and adding in others.
2) I worked as a Wildland Fire Fighter for one summer - it was definitely out of my comfort zone, but a very cool experience.
